My wife called to make an appointment & Sergey was able to come out the next day. Within a minute he had the dryer apart & diagnosed the problem. He recommended I replace other parts that you could clearly see where warn. He had the part that was broken & the replacement parts in his truck & did the repairs the same day. On top of being very knowledgeable about the dryer & repairs he was the nicest guy you could ever meet. We talked the whole time he was working & it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had."
